Tierneys has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.
Cancellation right
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods (with the exception of made to order items). Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered.

DELIVERY & RETURNS INFORMATION
Delivery will be between 7.30am and 6pm by courier. We will deliver in-stock items within 2-7 days.
Pre-Ordered Items
We will take payment for your pre-order items only when your order is dispatched. Our usual cancellation and refund policies apply to all pre-order items.

We're working towards overseas delivery in the future.
What happens if I'm out when you deliver?
Most deliveries need to be signed for, the driver may be able to leave with a neighbour, or your parcel will be returned to the nearest depot. They will leave a card explaining where your parcel is and the procedure for collection.
If you're out when we try to deliver, the driver will try a neighbour or find a safe and secure place to leave your parcel. If they cannot find a safe place, your parcel will be returned to the depot. They'll leave you a card explaining where your parcel is and what to do next.
How do I return an item I ordered online?
As long as the item is unused, in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition, you can return it by post. See our refund policy for full details.
To return an item
As long as the item is unused, in the original packaging and in a fully resaleable condition, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product .Returns should be made within 28 days. If we find the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. No refunds are given on postage costs.
When do I get my refund once I've returned an item?
Please give us a maximum of 2 weeks to process your refund once we've received your goods. The refund will be credited to the payment card account.
